If you need an MP3 editor you might try 'Audio MP3 Editor'. It's more than an editor for newbies but not as complicated as professional one.

You can edit an existing MP3 or you can record one by the help of the input of your audio card. You can also record a track from an online radio for example. You have to stop the music each time you want to make adjustments.

You have a few of filters at your disposal to help you obtain the desired audio quality. Among this filters are: 'band pass filter', 'low pass filter', 'high shelf filter', or 'notch filter'. You can also edit the tag information for the files you edit. By adding comments to your files you will always know the story behind each one of them.

While testing the program I've tried to play the left and the right channels individually but every time I've tried there was no difference between left, right or both of the channels. The 'Marker' section offers you the possibility to work select many parts of a file which will ease your work when you need to circle between different selections. In order to understand all its features you might consider reading the 'Help' file.

The user interface is not intuitive but after passing through the 'Help' file you'll understand it.

In conclusion: It needs a redesigned interface, a more intuitive one. I'm not very impressed of it. It isn't more special than other programs like it.
